Text Box: DJ Mischief Beast Hunterheart (Cheshire Cat) Faction: Radio Free Fae (Leader of the Belgian branch) Played by Hilde Heyvaert National NPC I’m not known for my fur or my purr How I growl, how I prowl, For catching mice or being nice It’s the style of my smile You’ll remember for years Wide and gloating, calmly floating It’s the best of me, while the rest of me Oh-so-slowly disappears… Mischief is a rather recent arrival from the Hedge, having lived in Antwerp for about 2 years. She’s a DJ in both mortal and Changeling seeming, and a quite well known one at that (fame 2). In the mortal world she uses her occupation to do what she loves best: working with music. In the Lost community she’s Radio Free Fae’s main DJ for Belgium, alerting the Changelings of danger, passageways and important events. In her mortal mien she looks like every other streetstyle wardrobe loving 20something person with a penchant for black and white. In her fae mien (true appearance) her hair has purple and pink streaks and her ears turn into those of pink and purple striped cat. She has wide strips of fur over her entire body and the sides of her neck and face and a tail and catlike dentures. Her grin has enerved people on more than one occasion. Just like every Beast, she is much more dangerous as she seems, and as a Cheshire Cat, she’s far more of a trickster than people would expect. She is the only Beast in Belgium that has taken on the affinity of an imaginary animal, which makes her stand out even amongst her own kind.  Mischief’s scent is a mysterious mix that smells remarkably like Rochas’ Alchimie and which promises riddles and well, mischief.   Text Box: The Winter Court The Court of Sorrow’s Stronghold of Winter’s Tears is situated in the Nord of Louvain, as it always has done in the past.  The grounds and castle are eternally covered in snow and ice of winter everlasting, and it has and shall remain a bastion of those that have pledged their allegiance to Winter himself.  Where in the past the Winter Court was the strongest court in both representation and rulership, it’s numbers have greatly dwindled in the recent decade, as many members either disappeared, choose to live amongst the mortals or simply moved to other countries.   Currently the court is small in numbers, but strong in it’s loyalty to their Season and the cause of the Lost in Belgium.  And now, during the most dangerous time of year, it is the Silent Arrow that takes the crown and rules the freehold of the Divided Kingdom. Members of the Onyx Court might often go unnoticed, but that does not mean that they are not fierce warriors, politicians and magic users, determined to keep the Lost community safe throughout all Winter.

Text Box: Arthur "Tuur" Winterheart Elemental Snowskin (snow) Lord Unbidden King of Winter Played by Bert Van den Wyngaert breezes suddenly blue and brittle shiver through the leaves — a birdsong, bleak and off key chills our sense — sunlight, pale and tentative, shelters us from shade where wisps of vapour from our mouths recall northern winter breath, thicker than cigarette smoke, that reminds us: Death owns a time share here and watches, dressed in warm-ups, from his lanai. Arthur is, as a snowskin, the living epithomy of Winter. His skin is cold to the touch in both human as fae mien, his voice booms like an avalance or is soft like snowfall, and his aura is cold and deadly like an unsuspected blizzard surprising those who wander through the season carelessly. No one knows much about Arthur, who arrived in Louvain about 5 years ago, a travelling ice elemental. The other Lost know he came from London, but in London no one is able to say where Arthur came from before he showed up in the British capital. Currently Arthur is the wise one of the Onyx court, and the freehold of the Divided Kingdom, attempting to make the other Lost see sense and the truth about Winter and dangers of the frozen season, with mixed success.

Text Box: The Pigeon Man Beast Windwing (Pigeon) Lord Unbidden National NPC The Pigeon Man is a legend amongst everyone inhabiting the Divided Kingdom, mortals and supernaturals alike, and no matter what race, he is respected and feared by nearly all. He is old, powerful, wise and the epithomy of Winter. He has been know to be respected by the Uratha and feared by the vampires and to not fear anything or anyone at all. He is seldom seen, avoiding conflict until no other choice is left, as is so typical for those of his court, and those that have been fortunate enough to meet him have not failed to see the sorrow he carries with him. Everywhere he goes, he is followed by a flock of pigeons. The flock is a mixture of mundane birds and hedge pigeons alike and functions as his eyes and ears, as well as his living signature. Rumour has it that somewhere on the grounds of Winter's Tears, there is a cemetary for all the fallen winged kin of this Beast.  His scent is that of a frosted winter morning mixed with the typical vibrancy of the city.  Inconspicuous and yet ever present in the urban sprawl.  

 

Text Box: Diederick Darkling Razorhand Played by Rik Moons Diederick is een ietwat non-standaard personage dat voormalig lid is van het Hof van de Zomer. Hij is toegewijd aan zomer en de changelings die met hun samenwerken, maar daar waar de rest van zomer heel dead-on-target is, is hij meer de infiltratie en informatie verzamelaar. Dit meer omdat zijn combat skills hem hierin bijstaan dan dat hij mental gaat. Hij is meer diegene die voor zomer achter de schermen werkt. Zijn skills komen van zijn kith, razorhand en zeer sterke specialisatie in stealth en training in cover ops.
